MSC Giz Cast Episode 15-Digikam

In this episode we talk about a couple of different programs that Ubuntu users can use to organize their photos. We mainly focus on Digikam as it is the program that I prefer to use.
We talk about how to set up DigiKam so it will check your photo folder for photos and also continue to check for newly added photos. We also talk about how we can use DigiKam to do simple photo editing.
The main subject we talk about is how to use DigiKam to create a video CD with our photos and also how to add music to the video to enhance the video CD. It creates a great way to share our photos with friends and family of birthdays, vacations, or any daily event. With a little extra work you can also add voice using Audacity, which we will cover in the next episode.
